This site collects as little as it can. Analytics run only if you accept them, and you can change your mind at any time.
Who we are
This website, ffvlk.com, is operated by Final Frontier Ventures (Pvt) Ltd, a private company incorporated in Sri Lanka (“FFV”, “we”). We are responsible for the personal data described in this note.
What we collect
- If you accept analytics: we use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how the site is used. This records pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, the page that referred you, and a pseudonymous identifier stored in a cookie.
- If you cancel, or make no choice: Google Tag Manager is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set.
- If you write to us: we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include, and use it only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.
- Hosting: the site is served by Cloudflare, which processes technical request data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site.
We do not use advertising cookies, sell personal data, or use analytics data to identify you personally.

Why we use it
Analytics are based on your consent. Replies to messages are based on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. You can withdraw consent at any time, without affecting anything processed before you did.
Who else receives it
Google provides Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, and Cloudflare hosts the site. Both may process data outside Sri Lanka under their own safeguards. We do not share personal data with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Analytics data is kept for the period set in our Google Analytics retention settings, no longer than 14 months. Correspondence is kept for as long as the relationship it relates to continues, and then deleted.
Your choices and rights
You can change your analytics choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the foot of every page. Choosing Cancel stops analytics and removes its cookies from this site. Subject to applicable law, including Sri Lanka’s Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or object to its use.
